TWO YEARS
Firstly, we have been terribly lax about updating our blog entries. Reasons are solely attributable to “real” than “virtual”. On ground actions have kept us offline.
Overall, 2009 has been a great year with respect to our internal processes and even understanding our own strengths. The reason being validation from existing clients via good feedback and repeat projects. That apart, here are some reasons why we look forward to 2010.
One, the business climate is improving overall. People want to get on with “life”.
This eases decision making which will impact us.
Two, we have evolved a process which is giving us good results.
Three, we have a decent set of clients who have entrusted some key projects to us. We look forward to building a long-term credible relationship with them.
Four, we have unbridled enthusiasm. We are exploring new niches, which will take us to higher planes. We plan to offer “Transformation Workshops” to our clients who having invested thousands of dollars to create the knowledge, need to now have their teams internalize the same. We have already piloted this in one of our projects and the results were promising.
And Five, we are looking to deepen our working relationships with experts and independent professionals who share our work life beliefs and objectives. They will bring in multiplier capabilities to Insights & More going forward.
All in all, a lot to look forward to and live upto…
It will be interesting to write the third year blog basis above.
